As an Inside Sales Consultant you will have an opportunity to:
  • Expand business relationships within key accounts
  • Explore client needs and align training/coaching solutions with client objectives
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in the field of Leadership and Communication skills development
  • Mine an extensive database of prospective clients to develop new leads
  • Earn uncapped commissions

The following skills/experience will set you up for success in this role:

  • 3+ years selling services in B2B environment
  • Experience selling complex, customized services
  • A strong network of senior-level decision-makers
  • Ability to nurture long-term relationships and obtain referrals
  • Strong writing skills - with experience in writing successful proposals
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Ability to elicit and accept feedback to continue growing.
