Leadership Immersion


The client had a group of high-potential managers that they wanted to develop for higher level leadership roles.


BRODY developed a multi-touchpoint leadership development initiative that incorporated onsite, virtual and independent learning over a 6-month period to cover diverse leadership topics.


One participant said, "I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and walked away with a great toolkit. I apply at least one of the skills every day."

Presentation Skills Initiative


Employees at this client regularly give data-intensive presentations. They needed to make their presentations compelling and visually effective.


The client completed BRODY's presentation skills initiative, which included fundamental presentation skills along with an intensive focus on various elements of great presenting.
