Hello,

Is training and development a top priority for you in 2019?

Don’t put it off until later - plan ahead now for skills development that will continue throughout the year.

While Just-In-Time training may be effective to ensure technical competence, leadership communication requires ongoing reinforcement and enhancement.

Check out our most recent blog, Plan to Develop Your Leadership Communication Skills in 2019, to see examples of initiatives that you can put in place this year. In this new post, you’ll also learn best practices to follow when planning and implementing any training and development initiative for your organization.

Putting the right plan in place now will provide a cohesive training agenda over the coming months — or even the entire year.

You can also check out examples of BRODY initiatives on Leadership Immersion and Presentation Skills Initiative as you finalize 2019 development objectives.
